Chef Stephanie Harris-Uyidi is the producer and host of the popular travel-adventure-cooking Z Living Network series The Posh Pescatarian, and author of the cookbook by the same name. The show airs five days a week in the United States, reaching more than 5 million homes. The show also airs internationally in 15 countries including Canada, France, Russia, the Philippines, and sub-Saharan Africa. In addition to her own show, Stephanie has been featured in cooking segments on the Hallmark Channel, Fox News, and KTLA. Stephanie promotes a plant-based diet supplemented with seafood as a path to healthful living. She lives in Southern California with her husband, Alain.
