If you love matcha as much as I do, you will LOVE this super easy matcha protein bites! Great for on-the-go snackin'?? Made with my favorite matcha from @aiyamatcha! Here's the full recipe for you babes: 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 oat flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons @aiyamatcha 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Dash of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk Few drops of stevia extract (optional) In a medium bowl, add coconut flour, oat flour, protein powder, & @aiyamatcha. Stir to combine. Add applesauce, cinnamon, & vanilla. Stir. Add non-dairy milk; stir until a dough forms. Roll the dough into 12 balls. Refrigerate; enjoy! CROCKPOT VEGGIE LASAGNA

VEGGIE LASAGNA … made IN A CROCKPOT ? packed with good-for-you veggies, super easy to make, and made with a handful of simple ingredients. . WHAT YOU NEED: (2) 24 ounce jars or cans of Italian tomato sauce 9 uncooked lasagna noodles 24 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese 3-4 cups chopped kale 1 jar of pesto 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Parmesan cheese for topping fresh parsley for topping . LAYER IN ORDER: Tomato sauce Lasagna noodles (broken) to cover the bottom Ricotta cheese Kale Pesto Mozzarella Repeat two times and end with sauce > noodles > sauce > Mozzarella .
