Coconut Lavender Hydrator Mist

This hydration mist works magic, with moisture from coconut water and anti-inflammatory benefits from lavender water. An easy way to make fermented coconut water is to use a kefir starter, like Cultures for Health Water Kefir Grains, and mix it with coconut water. For lavender water, mix a few drops of oil into water.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces coconut water
  • 3 ounces fermented coconut water
  • 2 ounces lavender water

Directions

  1. In a glass spray bottle, combine ingredients and shake vigorously.
  2. Use whenever your skin needs a hydration pick-me-up. Blot with cotton balls.
