They’re the rock stars of superfoods, ultra potent sources of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that aid in gut, heart and brain health. But it can be hard to incorporate these ingredients into your daily diet, so we created yummy recipes to showcase their health-enriching attributes.

Amaranth: A gluten-free high-protein grain that provides energy. Use it in tabbouleh, puddings, quiches, breads or in Pecan Honey Amaranth Cookies.
