1 cup pineapple

1 small apple, peeled, cored and cut

1 cup purified water

1/2 cup ice

2 teaspoons watercress

2 teaspoons local honey

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Directions

Placed all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
