- ½ cup dry old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- To serve: add a dollop each of plain yogurt, apple butter, and toasted slivered almonds
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup dry old-fashioned oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, 1 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, add a dollop each of plain yogurt and apple butter; sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
