This shake is Jennifer Rossano’s go-to for pre- or post-workout fuel.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder (Trader Joe's has a great organic hemp seed protein powder that I like and use often)
- Ice as desired
- Optional: 1-2 cups of spinach or half of a green zucchini
- Blend until smooth.
