Ingredients
- 1 cup grass-fed cow’s milk or dairy alternative
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Sea salt to taste
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently.
- Keep stirring to ensure all the ingredients mix together smoothly.
- Remove the pan from the heat before it reaches the boiling point.
