We love Trader Joe’s for their cauliflower gnocchi, healthy and tasty salad dressings, and frozen food section. But while we’re picking up some Everything but the Bagel Greek Style Yogurt Dip, we’re also scoping out Trader Joe’s beauty aisle. It’s full of cheap and clean beauty finds. Here’s what you’ll find in our cart right now.

1. Moisturizing Lip Balm Set, $6

Winter means chapped lips and, as far as we’re concerned you can never have too many lip balms. Leave one in your desk drawer, on your bedside table, in your car, and in your junk drawer — why not? For $6, you get six tubes in flavors like Almond Cream, Green Tea, and Peppermint. Simply made with beeswax, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, and shea butter, they also make a great stocking stuffer.

2. Ultra-Hydrating Gel Moisturizer, $9

You won’t find parabens or fragrances, just natural ingredients like aloe leaf juice, green tea, birch leaf, and milk thistle. This hydrating moisturizer is perfect for winter and wallet-friendly, too.

3. Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo, $4

This shampoo contains tea tree oil, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary and thyme, leaves your scalp refreshed, tingly, and makes your hair smell like heaven. Tea tree oil is a natural antimicrobial, which means it breaks down oil and dirt like a pro, and also helps fend off some of the major causes of dandruff. Your hair will feel as soft and refreshed as it would with a salon-priced formula, but you can pick up this shampoo for just $10 bucks a pop.

4. Rose Water Facial Toner, $4

You could spend money on expensive toners. Or, you could pick up this rosewater face toner from Trader Joes for $4. It’s formulated with real Damask rose water, Damask rose oil (to moisturize), witch hazel (to balance and tone), and a touch of soapbar extract (to soften and condition). It comes in an easygoing spray bottle that is completely mess-free.

Pro Tip: For an extra cool and refreshing spritz, store the bottle in the fridge.

5. Head-to-Toe Moisturizing Balm, $4

This all-in-one balm has a cult following and undertones of citrus and eucalyptus. Use it on chapped lips, to protect your skin from wind burn, on dry elbows, and over-washed hands.
