- 14 ounces of cold, purified water
- 1 serving vanilla pea protein
- 1 tablespoon of high-quality collagen protein
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 packet probiotics
- Blend for 30 seconds in a high-speed blender for a delicious (and creamy!) dairy free, high protein shake.
